CONGRATS TO DEEJAY SPINALONG FOR WINNING THE AWARD FOR BEST DEEJAY..SPINALONG MENTIONED HOW HE HAD LEARNED ALOT FROM VETERAN DEEJAY CANDYMAN AND HE OWED SOME OF HIS SUCCESS TO HIM THAT WAS REALLY HEARTFELT..NOT ONLY THAT SPINALONG WHY WERE YOU SHAKING LIKE A LEAF?LOL!!I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO ASK SPINALONG A FEW QUESTIONS AND IT GOES SOMETHING LIKE….
1.HOW WAS YOUR INITIAL REACTION WHEN YOU HEARD YOU WERE NOMINATED? (spinalong)”I was happy that it was about time i got recognized for the hard work i had been putting in over the years.”

and given presenters enough time to go over and rehearse a lil before the event. Cut off breaks because Africans are hard to control when they get out of control. The break killed it.

African Entertainment Awards..RECAP!!
I’m going to do a little recap,comments from that night..First of it seems most of the people that were there were either presenting,performing or nominated.I think personally theres was too much hype put into it and no one came..Moving on when I got there they were walking away from stage and we were given a break..By that time Suya had accepted an award ,a model,Bless and Madhouse.Most people no lie ,had the why did Madhouse get an award for face?What is Excellency award and how do you get one?
Bless said a speech and pointed out how he has worked hard and deserve it.That is good stuff Bless you really deserved that one… 2nd intermission I had to present alongside Motherland Ent’s dj ,I’m sorry theres alot of people,artists,entertainers I didnt know until that night.Back to the matter more people received awards there was some rough neck dancing in between and Ouzy the godfather being life of the party ,I fully support that..
The most two important events were Promoter of the year and Deejay of the year. Promoter was awarded to New Level and Spinalong was awarded the Deejay award,before I forget Mc B0nde who was has or is still in the process of retiring received Mc of the year..Honestly my opinion I could sit here the whole day trying to dissect if these people deserved to win or not..
For most part I asked all the the participants how they really felt and some expressed their annoyance and others said well its the first one..FOR me I enjoyed it I just thought people were all over the place there wasnt really enough presenters or performers.People were pretending to thank each other for their accomplishments yet in reality they cant stand each other…
I’m still reaching out to all of you for your opinions please feel free to email me back and thanks to Panache for having the courage to reply to all my questions with out fear or favor. And to Bonde who has respectively declined to answer my questions and only thing he asked to be quoted on was how he could careless what people think and you guys give him motivation to stay retired..So is it offiicial he has retired??
